The hotel is situated in a great area, making it easy to explore central London. The rooms are clean, although a bit small for our liking, and the comfortable beds added to the experience. However, we encountered some service hiccups at check-in and during breakfast that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Despite some outdated features in the room, the value for money was quite good, especially with a breakfast included in our deal.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel which is conveniently located in Mayfair, close to many attractions. The staff, particularly Santi and Jackie, were extremely helpful and made my visit more enjoyable.
