Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a great area, making it easy to explore central London. The rooms are clean, although a bit small for our liking, and the comfortable beds added to the experience. However, we encountered some service hiccups at check-in and during breakfast that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Despite some outdated features in the room, the value for money was quite good, especially with a breakfast included in our deal.
The hotel has a prime location just off Park Lane in Mayfair, making it ideal for exploring. While my room was small and in need of some serious cleaning and refurbishment, I appreciated the overall ambiance of the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, with a front desk staff that seemed unhelpful at best. Overall, it might be worth considering for its location, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for better quality and service.
This hotel has a prime location in a charming area of London, perfect for exploring. My stay was marred by the overall service quality and disorganized dining experience. Although the rooms were generally comfortable, they could certainly benefit from updates.
The hotel is situated in a superb area, close to lovely shops and restaurants. While I found the rooms to be quite dated and lacking in space, the staff truly made a difference with their warmth and friendliness. The dining options were decent, but I did encounter some minor issues with the breakfast quality. Overall, it offers good value for money considering the prime location, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel which is conveniently located in Mayfair, close to many attractions. The staff, particularly Santi and Jackie, were extremely helpful and made my visit more enjoyable. However, the rooms felt a bit cold and could use some modernization, even though they were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
